Learn how to properly condition yourself in the gym using the various equipment available. You will learn proper techniques and form to use the machines. You will also see the machines used for Power Training for Punching and Knees. Every exercise will have to do something with “fighting”
This includes: Using a rowing machine, using a treadmill properly, and special treadmill conditioning drill to get you in the optimum shape. For punching training you will learn the free motion cable cross machine to improve straight punches, hooks to the head, hooks to the body, upper cuts. You will also use the knee machine for great knees and great kicks.
